Refund policy

At APERLAMIRI, we take pride in creating garments with care, intention, and a commitment to sustainable, small-batch production. All our pieces are made-to-order to minimize waste and overproduction.

We kindly ask our customers to shop thoughtfully, as we do not offer refunds unless a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged.


1. Exchange Policy

  • 1.1. If the size isn’t quite right, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • 1.2. Please contact us via email at support@aperlamiri.com to initiate your exchange request.
  • 1.3. We offer exchanges for a new size, a different style, or a store credit valid for 12 months.
  • 1.4. One exchange is permitted per order.

2. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Security and hygiene ribbons must be intact and untampered with.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, scents, or damage.

Please email us with your order number and photo evidence showing the security ribbon is still attached. Once approved, we will provide the return address and next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photographs of the damage in your email.
  • Our team will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution (exchange, repair, or store credit).

3. Exclusions

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of misuse are not eligible for exchange.
  • All sale items, sample sale, discounted items, or store credit purchases are final sale.
  • Face masks, bikini bottoms, bodysuits, and other intimate items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Custom orders or made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for return unless confirmed defective by our team.

4. Shipping & Return Instructions

  • All exchanges must be approved by our customer care team before returning.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and associated costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked courier service as we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.
  • Once shipped, please provide your return tracking number so we can assist in monitoring your return.

5. Refund Policy

  • All orders are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us within 6 hours of placing your order (not applicable to pre-orders or sale items).
  • Once production starts or the order ships, our standard exchange policy applies.
